Where We Ship
We currently ship to customers located in the United Kingdom. All products in our entire catalog are eligible for shipping to UK addresses.
Delivery Location
Orders are delivered directly to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT, London time) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Handling Time
Orders are handled and fulfilled Monday – Friday.
- Minimum handling time: 0 business days
- Maximum handling time: 1 business day
(Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.)
Transit Time
Once dispatched, delivery across all destinations within the UK takes:
- Minimum: 3 business days
- Maximum: 4 business days
Transit is calculated on a Monday – Friday basis (weekends and holidays are not counted).
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Combining handling and transit time, customers can expect their orders to arrive within approximately 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed (subject to the order cut-off time above).
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Currency
All prices and shipping charges are displayed in GBP (British Pound Sterling, £).
Returns
We accept returns for:
